Journey Insurance. (a) The employee shall be covered by Company provided journey cover insurance when travelling between work and their home.
Journey Insurance. 4.11.1. The Company agrees to provide insurance to cover injuries incurred by Employees on their normal journey to or from work, other than:
(a) Where the Employee is entitled to payment under the relevant Transport Accident legislation;
(b) Where the Employee is entitled to payment under the relevant Accident Compensation legislation; or
(c) Where the injury results from or is associated with any wilful wrongdoing, gross negligence or unlawful activity on the part of the Employee.
4.11.2. The level of benefits and Employee obligations will reflect those under the WorkCover legislation.
Journey Insurance. The Employer will provide insurance coverage to cover injuries incurred by Employees whilst travelling to and from work, which are not covered in part or full by the Transport Accident Commission or Workcover Authority.
Journey Insurance. 18.1 The University will maintain its journey insurance currently provided to cover staff for accident insurance providing capital and weekly loss of income benefits for injuries resulting in disablement solely and directly occurring whilst engaged in a direct journey between the bounds of their normal residence and place of employment for the purposes of starting or ending their day’s work.
18.2 The University will implement this for the period of this Agreement. The University is not responsible for any costs associated with journeys to and from work other than the payment of the appropriate journey insurance premiums. All benefits are subject to the schedule of loss, excesses and definitions in the terms and conditions of the policy. Journey insurance is in no way related to business travel insurance.
Journey Insurance. The Company will provide support to Employees who are injured on the journey to and from rostered work except in relation to an injury arising from a "transport accident" as defined by the Transport Accident Act 1986 (Vic) (as amended), for a maximum period of 26 weeks.
Journey Insurance. The Company has and will maintain a Journey Accident Insurance Policy for employees. The conditions of this policy shall remain as is unless otherwise determined by the Company after consultation with employees and if requested their representative.
Journey Insurance. 32.1. The Company shall provide insurance coverage for employees travelling to or from the workplace. This insurance will cover employees for the medical costs of any injury, loss of income or death. This insurance may be provided separately or in conjunction with any other form of insurance. A copy of the policy will be provided to employee representatives.
Journey Insurance. Council will provide twenty four hour personal accident journey insurance cover to employees should personal injury be sustained whilst engaged on any private journey.
Journey Insurance. In the interest of extending the benefit of additional protection, the Company shall insure all employees for loss of ordinary weekly earnings (exclusive of overtime earnings, shift premiums, attendance bonus, incentive earnings, fares and travelling allowances, penalty rates and other ancillary payments payable by the Company) in the event of a journey accident whilst an employee is travelling to and from their normal place of residence to their place of work, excluding those injuries covered by the Transport Accident Act 1986 (Vic) or similar statute in any other state or territory.
Journey Insurance. 31.1 Journey Insurance will be provided for all Employees at no cost to Employees. The policy will cover: • all journeys of a work related nature, and • journeys to and from the employee’s place of work.
31.2 Full benefits will be no less than that contained in the current policy. A copy of the full policy will be made available to all Employees.
