Incremental Subscriber XXX License Fees. In Subject to Section 8.1.4, in addition to the above, for each XXX Subscriber over 10 million, as calculated on the last day of each calendar,000,000 in a given month, Licensee must pay Licensor an additional license fee of $.04 for each such XXX Subscriber per month.
