Maximum Compensatory Time. Employees may accumulate no more than one hundred and sixty (160) hours of compensatory time.

Maximum Compensatory Time. Lieutenants may accumulate no more than forty (40) hours of compensatory time. All compensatory time in excess of forty (40) hours at the end of each month will be cashed out as paid overtime except as provided below in Subsection 10.5 E 2. All overtime cashed out at the end of each month in accordance with this Subsection shall be paid on the tenth (10th) of the following month. It is the responsibility of the employee and his or her supervisor to monitor accrued compensatory time and to make mutually agreeable arrangements for its use. Compensatory time hours in the separate bank created by the April 29, 2003 Settlement Agreement between the Association and WSP (see Appendix C) will not count against this limit.
Maximum Compensatory Time. All compensated time off may be taken in accordance with departmental policies. Accumulated compensatory time cannot exceed 60 hours.
Maximum Compensatory Time. A maximum of eighty (80) hours of compensatory time off may be accrued by an employee by mutual agreement of the employee and his/her supervisor.
Maximum Compensatory Time. All Employees except IAFF IAFF
1. Leaves state service for any reason;
2. Transfers to a position in their agency with different funding sources; or
3. Transfers to another state agency.
Maximum Compensatory Time. Employees may accumulate at the rate of 1.5 times to an equivalent maximum of 70 hours in lieu of pay for such overtime. Employees will be paid for the overtime hours that exceed the cap and cannot accrue further compensatory time until they have reduced their accrued hours below the 70 hour cap.
