INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS. USER shall not, without the prior written permission of COUNTY, use open flames, or use or store oils, burning fluids, camphene, kerosene, naphtha or gasoline or other gases for either mechanical or other purposes. USER shall file with COUNTY a written application for such use prior to USER obtaining COUNTY'S written permission therefor.

INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS. The use of inflammable materials for the decoration of the stand is prohibited unless such decorations have been treated with fire-retard- ing substance. All heating appliances should be mounted on fire-proof stands.
INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS. You must not store quantities of inflammable liquid or gas on the premises, other than may be reasonably used required for domestic use.

This agreement will set out detailed conditions on using parking space or garage and tell you how much rent you must pay. • You must not sell, rent or give away any parking space we provide. • The council may remove without notice any vehicle, trailer, caravan or similar object parked on the estate which it considers: a). is causing, or may cause, an obstruction to emergency vehicles; b). is a risk to the safety of any person living in, working on or visiting the estate or his or her property; or c). is left unattended despite advertised parking restrictions. • The council may charge for the cost of removing any vehicle and will not be responsible for any loss or damage, no matter how it is caused. • You must not park any unlicensed vehicle or heavy trade or large commercial vehicle on any part of the housing estate, nor cause or allow one to be parked there. • You must not keep motorbikes or similar vehicles inside the property or in the shared areas.
INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS. No inflammable fluids or materials of any nature, including decorative materials, use of which is prohibited by national, state, or city fire regulations, may be used in any stand.
INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS. Not to bring or permit to be brought into the demised premises or to place or store or permit to be placed or stored or to remain in or about the demised premises any article or thing which is dangerous combustible inflammable radio-active toxic corrosive or explosive PROVIDED THAT the Lessee is permitted to keep cosmetic preparations and photographic materials in the demised premises and not to carry on or do or permit to be carried on or done thereon any hazardous trade or act in consequence of which the Lessor would or might be prevented from insuring the demised premises or any adjoining property for the time being owned by the Lessor at the ordinary rate of premium or whereby any insurance effected in respect of any such property would or might be vitiated or prejudiced and not without the written consent of the Lessor to do or allow to be done anything whereby any additional premium may become payable for the insurance of the demised premises or any such adjoining property and then not unless the Lessee shall be willing to bear all extra insurance premiums thereby occasioned and to comply at all times during the term with all conditions and recommendations which may be imposed or made by the insurers with whom the Lessor effects the insurance of the demised premises Provided that the Lessor shall use reasonable endeavours to supply to the Lessee upon request a copy of or extract from any relevant insurance policy and of all endorsements thereon relative to the demised premises

INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS. Permittee shall store all inflammable, combustible and other dangerous materials and objects in the designated safety storage cabinets for this purpose. No other areas shall be utilized for such storage of inflammable, combustible or other dangerous materials.
