Shared Areas. If your Room is part of a shared flat and you are sharing the Accommodation you agree that:-
2 .1 3 .1 you will not allow more than 10 people (in total, regardless of whether the Visitor is visiting you or the other occupier of the shared Accommodation) in the Accommodation at any given time; 2 .
Shared Areas a. You must not block, or allow any person in your household or your guests to block, any shared passageways, hallways and staircases, or keep any bicycle, pushchair or other item in any shared area of the premises or building other than in the designated areas we have provided. You must promptly remove any object or obstruction if asked to do so by Get Living London. If you fail to do so, we will ask you to pay the reasonable cost for Get Living London to remove the item and, if appropriate, store it. If we do this, it will be at your own risk.
b. You must not hang any clothes or other items on the outside of the premises or in any shared garden
Shared Areas. If there are areas or rooms on the premises that will be available to the Roommates to access and use privately or as a group then select the sixth checkbox and define all shared areas available to the Roommates as well as any rules of behavior that must be complied with. (41) Other. There may be “Other” policies that the Roommates and/or Landlord will be expected to uphold (excluding utilities and services). If so, make the final checkbox presented on this list and provide a record of all such policies and agreements the Roommates and Landlord will be obligated to follow. XIII. First (1st) Month’s Rent (42) Upon Execution. Article XIII shall define when the Roommates must submit the rent payment for the first month. If this rent payment will be due upon the “Execution Of This Agreement” then select the first statement. This means that the Roommates will be expected to submit the first month’s rent amount to the Landlord by the time this paperwork is signed. When this option is selected, a Roommate who is not able to pay the first month’s rent amount to the Landlord will not be allowed to sign this agreement.

Shared Areas. The parts of the building which all tenants can use, for example, halls, stairways, entrances, landings, shared gardens, lawns and landscaped areas. Giving another person the right to live in part of the property. Where a tenant dies and their partner or relative takes over the tenancy. Free from any occupants, personal belongings or rubbish. A car, bus, lorry, motorbike, bike, boat, caravan, trailers and most other kinds of transport. Redditch Borough Council and contractors acting on Redditch Borough Councils Council’s behalf. A letter from us giving you permission to do certain things.
Shared Areas. You must not block any shared passageways, hallways and staircases, or keep any bicycle, pushchair or other item in any shared area of the premises or building. You must also not hang any clothes or other items on the outside of the premises.
Shared Areas. (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Master Lease or contained herein, Subtenant shall have the right to shared use of the reception area (“Reception”) with Sublandlord’s reception services provided at no additional cost, café (“Café”), the two (2) videoconference rooms on the sixteen (16th) floor (the “Cambridge Room” and the “Menlo Park Room”, respectively) and the two (2) shower rooms (“Shower”) (collectively, Reception, Café, Cambridge Room, Menlo Park Room and Shower are referred to herein as the “Shared Areas”). The Shared Areas contain approximately 5,134 square feet of space. Sublandlord and Subtenant agree to coordinate their respective usage of the Shared Areas; however, the scheduling and use of the Cambridge Room and Menlo Park Room shall be on a first come, first served basis, except that Sublandlord shall have the right to exclusive use of the Cambridge Room on Mondays throughout the Sublease Term.
(b) At any time during the Sublease Term, to the extent that Sublandlord shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine that Subtenant’s consumption or use of the Shared Areas, including, but not limited to, telephone and videoconferencing services, constitutes an excessive use beyond those normally consumed in Sublandlord’s business operations (including above-normal long distance charges), then Subtenant shall be responsible for the charges for such excessive use being furnished, and Subtenant agrees to pay Sublandlord within ten (10) business days after receipt of an invoice therefor.
(c) Commencing on the Commencement Date, Subtenant shall pay $100.00 per month per employee operating in the Subleased Premises (the “Café Charge”) for Subtenant’s use of the Café. Thereafter, Sublandlord will invoice Subtenant for the Café Charge for such applicable calendar month, and on or before the first day of each calendar month during the Sublease Term, Subtenant’s office manager will provide Sublandlord or its designated representative with the number of employees that Subtenant employees at the Subleased Premises for the following month together with the Café Charge for that month based on such number of employees and certifying to the accuracy thereof. Sublandlord has the right to verify the number of Subtenant’s employees submitted by Subtenant or its agent.
(d) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sublandlord shall not be liable for any personal injury to Subtenant, Subtenant’s employees, agents, invitees, customers,...
Shared Areas. If you share any shared areas with other tenants you must:
(a) keep them free from obstruction, rubbish and defacement;
(b) not throw anything from any landing, balcony, corridor or window in your property or in the areas shared with other people; and
(c) keep noise in shared areas to a reasonable level to avoid causing a nuisance to others.
Shared Areas. It is acknowledged and agreed between the Parties that, subject to further or other agreements between the Parties, the City shall manage and operate the Shared Areas for the equal benefit of the Parties. In consideration of the grant of use and enjoyment of the Shared Areas and the contribution to the construction and acquisition of the Shared Areas, each of the Parties shall be deemed to acquire an equal right to use and enjoyment of, and responsibility for capital renewal and maintenance costs associated with, the Shared Areas.
Shared Areas. The Parties will be responsible to pay for their respective Proportionate Share of all Operating Costs. The Operating Costs shall be shared equally unless otherwise defined in Schedule “C” or further agreed in writing by the Parties. Any cost obligations of any future shared space or jointly owned areas which may form part of the Shared Areas shall be as agreed upon by the Parties in writing prior to the commencement of the construction of any such facility and subject to the receipt of all such statutory and/or Ministerial approvals that are required.
