Common use of INJURY ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

INJURY ALLOWANCE. 21.01 (a) Except as provided in 21.01(b), in cases covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Act and where compensation is allowed, the Corporation will pay the employee the difference between compensation and their normal net earnings prior to their absence except in cases where disability pension is being paid by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
