INSERVICE TRAINING. β 30.01 All employees required by the Board to participate in any training and/or health and safety program shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for the length of the program(s). Employees absent from the program(s) shall not be compensated for those hours unless assigned elsewhere by their immediate supervisor.
