Inspection and Final Approval. District has the right to inspect, test and approve the work conducted in the facilities during construction and operation. District shall have the right and access to the records, and other compilations of data that pertain to the performance of the provisions and requirements of this Contract. Records shall be retained for three (3) years after close-out.

Inspection and Final Approval. The authorized Borough official as specified in Section 3 above, shall inspect both the temporary and permanent restoration required by the project. If the work does not comply with the Borough’s specifications, the official will give written notice to the applicant to correct the deficiencies. The authorized Borough official will not give final approval (Section II of the Application and Permit for Street Occupancy) until all such deficiencies have been corrected. Unless the applicant corrects all such deficiencies within 30 days after such written notice, he will be in violation of Section 135 of the Code of the Borough of Shippensburg and liable to the penalties listed there in Section 16 of these Rules and Specifications. The applicant shall be liable for the failures in the integrity of his restoration work for two years after the date of final approval.

Records shall be kept on a generally recognized accounting basis, and calculations will be kept on file in legible form and retained for three (3) years after close-out. <Note: This section requires ESCO to do commissioning to ensure the system is functioning properly, testing equipment performance and verifying the specified operating parameters. Commissioning typically occurs before the owner’s final project acceptance, however, language can be included here to provide for testing after project acceptance. It also requires ESCO notify Agency when testing will take place and gives Agency (or its designee) the right to be present during all tests. Have the commissioning report include manufacturer’s startup and performance sheets.>

  • Inspection and Approval All works embracing more than one process shall be subject to examination and approval at each stage thereof and the Contractor shall given due notice to the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative when each stage is ready. In default of such notice the Engineer-in- Charge shall be entitled to appraise the quality and extent thereof.

  • Inspection and Final Acceptance District may, at its discretion, inspect and accept or reject any of Consultant’s work under this Agreement, either during performance or when within sixty (60) days after submitted to District.   • INSPECTION AND REJECTION 8.1 Purchaser shall have the right to inspect and test Products at any time prior to shipment, and within a reasonable time after delivery to the Purchaser’s Destination. Products not inspected within a reasonable time after delivery shall be deemed accepted by Purchaser.   • Submission and Approval The Contractor’s Submittals must comply with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall review and approve all Submittals prior to submission. The Contract Documents shall specify when shop drawings or submittals require the seal of a specialty consultant. The Contractor shall submit copies of Submittals as required by the Contract Documents for the Work of the various trades. The Design Professional shall review, approve, or take other appropriate action with respect to shop drawings, samples, or other submissions of the Contractor, including, but not limited to, confirming conformance with the design concept of the Project and with the Contract Documents. The Design Professional shall respond to and return said items to the Contractor within fourteen calendar days from receipt provided that the Submittals are submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the required Submittal schedule. The Design Professional shall review and give comment or approval to Submittal schedule within fourteen calendar days from receipt. Large submittal documents may require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. If, because of events beyond its reasonable control, the Design Professional is not able to meet the specified time period, then it is entitled to ask for additional time from the Owner. The Contractor shall make all corrections required by the Design Professional and furnish such corrected copies as may be needed. If the Contractor believes that any corrections required by the Design Professional constitute a change to the contract, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Design Professional and Owner and request instructions. By forwarding the approved Submittals to the Design Professional, the Contractor represents that the Contractor has determined and verified materials, field measurements, and field construction criteria related thereto, or will do so, and has checked and coordinated the information contained within such Submittals with the requirements of the Work and of the Contract Documents. The Design Professional’s approval of Submittals shall not relieve the Contractor from the responsibility for errors of any sort in Submittals or schedules. The Contractor shall perform no portion of the Work for which the Contract Documents require Submittals until the Design Professional has approved the respective Submittal. The Contractor shall maintain at the Site one copy of all approved Submittals.

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section.
