Installation & Commissioning. XXXX shall undertake the initial installation of the Product at all the sites through its service network, however, commissioning of equipment shall be done by supplier. XXXX shall follow the guidelines applicable for the installations of the Product issued by Supplier.
Installation & Commissioning. UTC AEROSPACE SYSTEMS WROCŁAW shall supply services, labor, and equipment (except any unique or specialized tools or equipment) for unloading, moving to site of its usage and initial installation of the Equipment in accordance with Supplier's instructions.
6.1. The Parties will sign CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY regarding unload, move to site of its usage and initial installation of the Equipment (sample attached) according to point 3.0 above.
6.2. Supplier shall provide a representative who will be responsible for installation verification, alignments/calibrations, Final Acceptance tests and commissioning of the Equipment, including training for:
a) programmer;
b) operator;
c) maintenance personnel (mechanical, electrical, & electronic).

6.1 The Parties will sign CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY regarding unload, move to site of its usage and initial installation of the Equipment (sample attached). Purchase and Supply Chain Manager shall be authorised to sign CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY according to point 3.0 above.
6.2 Supplier shall provide a representative who will be responsible for installation verification, alignments/calibrations, Final Acceptance tests and commissioning of the Equipment, including training for:
a) programmer;
b) operator;
c) maintenance personnel (mechanical, electrical, & electronic).
Installation & Commissioning and Startup Project Time from Notice to Proceed 21 months
A. Invoice and Time of Payment All services will be paid on a lump sum basis as detailed below. Monthly invoices will be issued by the ENGINEER for the Design and Bidding, Construction Administration, and Programming portions of the work performed under this Agreement. Invoices are due and payable within 45- days. Invoices will be prepared in a format approved by the OWNER prior to submission of the first monthly invoice. Monthly payment of the fee will be in proportion to percent completion of the total work for each fee item outlined below.
B. Upon completion of services enumerated in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, the final payment of any balance will be due upon receipt of final invoice.

Should the supplier fail to install and commissioning the project with the stipulated time the purchaser shall be entitled to recover Liquidated Damages, 0.5% of the value of the purchase order for each week of delay or part thereof or a period upto 10(TEN) weeks and thereafter @0.7% of the value of the purchase order for each week of delay or part thereof or another 10(TEN) weeks of delay. In cases where the delay affects installation/commissioning of only a part of the project and part of the equipment is already in commercial use, then in such cases, LD shall be levied on the affected part of the project.

Installation & Commissioning. Supplier to be responsible for all aspects of survey, project planning, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning and training and shall mobilise a fully fault free installation prior to handover. The supplier shall supply initial training supported by adequate instructions completion certificate system drawings and user and maintenance manuals in a completion pack to each individual site. Data base set up profiles to be imported by initial means of bulk upload supplied to contractor via Microsoft excel. Details shall be supplied by each establishment. Biometric set up to match profiles be collected and matched to profile prior to go live by the supplier via an enrolment station. Supplier shall include provision for an onsite drop in biometric collection facility, which can be manned by the establishment’s staff to gather user profiles. Post go live the establishment shall assume responsibility for biometric data base set up and maintenance and have adequate instruction and access. Prior to any project commencement on each site the contractor will be required to attend a contract induction relating to specific sites working requirements.
