INSTRUCTION MANUALS AND DOCUMENTATION. All Products, including related software, shall be furnished with one complete set of manuals and/or documentation at no extra charge. The documentation shall include the standard operator instruction manuals (hard copy or electronically) as would normally accompany such Product(s). However, in some instances, an Authorized User may wish to reduce its volume of paper when ordering multiple units, and should be able, to opt not to receive extra copies of documentation. This arrangement should be agreed upon between the Contractor and the Authorized User prior to order. An Authorized User may also want to purchase additional sets of manuals and/or documentation, if needed. If the provision of additional sets of manuals and/or documentation is subject to a separate cost, the Contractor must so advise the Authorized User at the time of order. Contractor shall also ensure that the Product numbers and net prices associated with this provision of additional sets of manuals and/or documentation are available to the Authorized User and included in the Contractor’s NYS pricelist. Further, where related software documentation is provided in an electronic format, Authorized User shall be entitled to make copies to the extent necessary to fully enjoy the rights granted under this Contract provided that the Authorized User reproduces the copyright notice and any other legend of ownership on any copies made.

INSTRUCTION MANUALS AND DOCUMENTATION. At the time of delivery, Contractor shall provide a complete instruction manual for the Product and for each component supplied, as applicable, to the Authorized User. All Products shall be furnished with one complete set of Documentation at no extra charge. The Documentation shall include the standard operator instruction manuals (hard copy or electronically) as would normally accompany such Product(s). However, in some instances, an Authorized User may wish to reduce its volume of paper when ordering multiple units, and should be able, if possible, to opt not to receive extra copies of Documentation. This arrangement should be worked out between the Contractor and the Authorized User prior to order. An Authorized User may also want to purchase additional sets of Documentation, if needed.   • Technical Documentation Prior to commencement of the Tests on Completion, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer the technical documentation as specified in the Employer’s Requirements. The Works or Section shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking- over under sub-clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Engineer has received the technical documentation as defined in this sub-clause 5.7, the "history file" including design calculations and certain certification as well as any other documents required to meet the CE Marking requirements.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.

  • Records and Documentation The Sub-Recipient agrees to make available to AAAPP staff and/or any party designated by the AAAPP any and all contract related records and documentation. The Sub-Recipient shall ensure the collection and maintenance of all program related information and documentation on any such system designated by the AAAPP. Maintenance includes valid exports and backups of all data and systems according to AAAPP standards.

  • Personnel Requirements and Documentation Grantee will;

  • Required Documentation The AGENCY is responsible for ensuring that all documents required by this Contract are current and available for the COUNTY’S review upon request. These documents may include, but are not limited to, certificate(s) of insurance, job descriptions and background check confirmations of staff.

  • Licensed Documentation If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Technical documents Not applicable.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.
