Common use of Instructional Time Clause in Contracts

Instructional Time. D.26.1 Each full time elementary teacher’s regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 25 hours of instructional time inclusive of preparation time as provided in this agreement. D.26.2 Each full time secondary teacher's regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 27 1/2 hours of instructional time inclusive of preparation time as provided in this Agreement. D.26.3 Each full time Middle School teacher's regular weekly assignment shall not exceed 26 3/4 hours of instructional time inclusive of preparation time as provided for in this Agreement. D.26.4 Instructional time shall be defined as classroom instruction plus homeroom, time between classes, and preparation time.
