Insurance Benefits Review Committee. 9.3.1 The parties agree to continue the Insurance Benefits Review Committee which will investigate and recommend alternatives to the current coverage and insurance providers offered by the County. The Committee shall include representatives of all County employees and of County management. The Association shall be entitled up to three representatives on the Committee. The options to be considered by the committee shall be limited to changes which are within the per employee payments for health insurance provided in this agreement.

  • Review Committee A. 1. Representatives of the District and the Association shall meet informally once a month from September through May for the purpose of reviewing the implementation of this Agreement and of resolving problems which may arise. The meetings shall be called on the last school-day Wednesday of each month at 3:45 p.m. Additional meetings may be scheduled at mutual request.
