Insurance Co-Pays. ‌ The employees will be enrolled in a prescription drug card program. With the prescription drug card, costs for prescription drugs will be $10 for Tier 1 prescriptions, $20 for Tier 2 prescriptions, and $30 for Tier 3 prescriptions, as defined by the health insurance carrier, with these payments up to the in-network maximum out of pocket of $3000 for single plans and $6000 for family plans. The prescription drug card governs the amounts paid for prescription drugs after an employee has met his or her deductible. The plan will have an Emergency Room co-pay of $200 after an employee has met his or her deductible. The plan will have a Doctor’s Office co-pay of $20 per visit, after an employee has met his or her deductible.

Outside the country of residence, Bupa Insurance Company will function as the primary Insurer and retains the right to collect any payment from local or other insurers.

  • Insurance Benefits Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable in connection with the Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection therewith (including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of a fire or other casualty affecting the Property or any part thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds.

  • Insurance Cover Without prejudice to the provisions contained in Clause 26.1, the Concessionaire shall, during the Operation Period, procure and maintain Insurance Cover including but not limited to the following:

  • Insurance Contracts To the extent that any Welfare Plan is funded through the purchase of an insurance contract or is subject to any stop loss contract, the Parties shall cooperate and use their commercially reasonable efforts to replicate such insurance contracts for SpinCo or Parent as applicable (except to the extent that changes are required under applicable Law or filings by the respective insurers) and to maintain any pricing discounts or other preferential terms for both Parent and SpinCo for a reasonable term. Neither Party shall be liable for failure to obtain such insurance contracts, pricing discounts, or other preferential terms for the other Party. Each Party shall be responsible for any additional premiums, charges, or administrative fees that such Party may incur pursuant to this Section 7.06.

  • Insurance Continuation The Board shall continue to pay the Board contribution necessary to continue all medical, dental, and life insurance plans for the employee while he/she is on leave under this article.
