Insurance Deliverables. (i) Borrower shall have obtained the insurance required to be in effect under Section 5.06 to the extent required as of the Tranche A Funding Date and such insurance shall be in full force and effect, and Borrower shall have furnished the Administrative Agent with certificates signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer, together with loss payee endorsements in favor of the Collateral Agent, evidencing such insurance, identifying underwriters, the type of insurance, the insurance limits and the policy terms, and stating that such insurance (x) is, in each case, in full force and effect and (y) complies with Section 5.06 and that all premiums then due and payable on such insurance have been paid.

Insurance Deliverables. On the Effective Date, Seller has delivered to Buyer Seller's certificates of insurance and additional insured endorsements for all Insurance, except for the Builder's Risk Insurance policy, which are attached as Exhibit N. Within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, Seller shall deliver to Buyer the proposed Pro Forma Builder's Risk Insurance for Buyer's review and approval. Buyer's approval of the Pro Forma Builder's Risk Insurance and Seller's delivery of the Builder's Risk Insurance policy consistent with the Pro Forma Builder's Risk Insurance is a Condition Precedent to the NTP.
