INTERAGENCY COMMUNICATIONS. 6.01 The COUNTY agrees to provide the City Building Official copies of Fire Prevention Inspection Reports, Fire Protection System Permits, and Fire Protection System Acceptance Testing Reports within 7 working days of completion of said report or issuance of permits.
6.02 Transfer or exchange of documents indicated in 6.01 may be made by fax, e-mail, or in person.
INTERAGENCY COMMUNICATIONS. A. To provide for consistent and effective communication between USACE and the NRC, each party shall appoint a principal representative to serve as its central point of contact on matters relating to this MOU. The agencies may also appoint additional representatives to serve as points of contact on IAs.
B. Except as otherwise indicated, USACE will direct all written and oral communication between it and a license applicant or licensee, related to operating or new nuclear reactors, through the NRC Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) or the NRC Director of the Office of New Reactors (NRO), as appropriate, or designees. Information and materials developed by USACE for inclusion in NRC products will comply with applicable NRC guidance as determined by the NRR or NRO Directors or designees.
C. The NRC's point of contact for all matters relating to specific IAs is the Contracting Officer.

All notices, demands, requests, consents, and approvals given by any party to another under this MOA shall be in writing and shall be sent by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid to the parties at the following addresses, unless otherwise provided in this MOA. INTERAGENCY COMMUNICATIONS. Both Parties recognize that the work initiated by either Party will, in most instances, involve one or more of the EPA-ORD laboratories, as well as the USCG’s facilities in meeting the purpose of this MOA. The USCG and EPA will negotiate SAs as necessary to accomplish tasks in accordance with the terms of this MOA. To provide for consistent and effective communications between the USCG and EPA-ORD on an SA, the Director of the affected EPA-ORD Laboratory will be designated as the EPA-ORD point of contact. It is the policy of EPA to delegate to appropriate levels in ORD Laboratories the authority and responsibility for negotiating and managing SAs. The USCG and EPA will appoint representatives to review and discuss, at least annually, those activities that have been initiated under this MOA. These representatives shall serve as the points of contact between the USCG and EPA on matters relating to this MOA and are accountable for all activities. INTERAGENCY COMMUNICATIONS. The CTUIR and the City agree to meet periodically and may establish a joint staff working group to implement the terms of this agreement. Additionally, the City and the CTUIR agree to share information which may assist the parties in accomplishing the tasks set out in this agreement. The CTUIR and the City may agree upon additional procedures, protocols and understandings in order to carry out the terms of this agreement and enhance communication between the two entities by written, signed amendments to this agreement.
