Interdepartmental Transfer. Employees shall be entitled to express an interest in transfer to other departments within their current classification which would allow them to retain their same level. Such request shall be submitted to the current Departmental Personnel Office on a continuing basis. Lists established as a result of such requests will expire annually on September 30. The Employer shall provide notice to employees, no later than September 15, that said lists established by this agreement are expiring on September 30. Employees desiring transfer consideration during the subsequent twelve (12) months must submit new requests. All requests must be made in writing on the established OSE form. Such form shall be available to employees through their personnel office. Employees submitting transfer requests shall indicate desired counties.

  • Medical Transfers The District shall give alternate work, when it is available, to a Unit Member who has become medically unable to satisfactorily perform the Unit Member’s regular job classification duties.   • Regional and Local Transmission The prices quoted in Exhibit A do not include current and future charges for distribution service costs collected by the Local Distributor under its distribution service tariff or local transmission costs as may be imposed by the regional power pool, ISO-NE, or individual electric utilities that have FERC transmission tariffs.   • International Transactions When you use your Visa Debit Card, Platinum Visa Credit Card, or ATM card for international transactions, a fee will be assessed. You agree to pay a 1.00% international transaction fee for ATM and point-of-sale (i.e., PIN-based) transactions and a 3.00% international transaction fee for all other international transactions and cash advances. The fee will be assessed on international transactions if a currency conversion does take place or if the transaction is processed in U.S. dollars. When you use your Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, or ATM card at a merchant that settles in, or at an ATM that dispenses, currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the U.S. dollar amount. The currency conversion rate used to determine the transaction amount in U.S. dollars is either a wholesale market rate or the government-mandated rate in effect the day before the processing date. The conversion rate in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. The International Transaction Fee will be calculated after the transaction has been converted to U.S. dollars.
