Interdepartmental Transfer. Employees shall be entitled to express an interest in transfer to other departments within their current classification which would allow them to retain their same level. Such request shall be submitted to the current Departmental Personnel Office on a continuing basis. Lists established as a result of such requests will expire annually on September 30. The Employer shall provide notice to employees, no later than September 15, that said lists established by this agreement are expiring on September 30. Employees desiring transfer consideration during the subsequent twelve (12) months must submit new requests. All requests must be made in writing on the established OSE form. Such form shall be available to employees through their personnel office. Employees submitting transfer requests shall indicate desired counties.

Interdepartmental Transfer. In the event of any job opening in the classifications of positions in the City departments listed in Article II of this Agreement, the City personnel office shall so notify the Union of such opening, and any qualified employee within the bargaining unit may apply to transfer to such open position. The City, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether a transfer will be permitted and, if so, whom to transfer. In exercising its discretion, the City will consider the following factors: seniority, supervisor's evaluation, work history and needs of the department from which the proposed transferee would be transferred. A transferred employee will be given 20 working days probationary period to ensure that the employee is capable of performing the tasks which he/she will be required to do. It is understood that at any time during this probationary period, the employee or City may nullify the transfer with or without cause, in which case, the employee shall return to his/her position prior to the transfer without any impact on his or her seniority. In the event a senior employee is denied a transfer, he or she may request a meeting with the department head to discuss the denial.

  • Medical Transfers The District shall give alternate work, when it is available, to a Unit Member who has become medically unable to satisfactorily perform the Unit Member’s regular job classification duties. The alternate work may constitute lateral transfer or voluntary transfer to a lower classification. The District may require a statement from a licensed physician certifying that the Unit Member is medically able to perform the duties of the alternate work.

  • Regional and Local Transmission The prices quoted in Exhibit A do not include current and future charges for distribution service costs collected by the Local Distributor under its distribution service tariff or local transmission costs as may be imposed by the regional power pool, ISO-NE, or individual electric utilities that have FERC transmission tariffs. Its Competitive Supplier understands that these costs will be collected by the Local Distributor.   • International Transactions When you use your Visa Debit Card, Platinum Visa Credit Card, or ATM card for international transactions, a fee will be assessed. You agree to pay a 1.00% international transaction fee for ATM and point-of-sale (i.e., PIN-based) transactions and a 3.00% international transaction fee for all other international transactions and cash advances. The fee will be assessed on international transactions if a currency conversion does take place or if the transaction is processed in U.S. dollars. When you use your Visa Debit Card, Visa Credit Card, or ATM card at a merchant that settles in, or at an ATM that dispenses, currency other than U.S. dollars, the charge will be converted into the U.S. dollar amount. The currency conversion rate used to determine the transaction amount in U.S. dollars is either a wholesale market rate or the government-mandated rate in effect the day before the processing date. The conversion rate in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. The International Transaction Fee will be calculated after the transaction has been converted to U.S. dollars.

  • Department of State Registration Consistent with Title XXXVI, F.S., the Contractor and any subcontractors that assert status, other than a sole proprietor, must provide the Department with conclusive evidence of a certificate of status, not subject to qualification, if a Florida business entity, or of a certificate of authorization if a foreign business entity.
