INTERNAL SELECTION POLICY. The University subscribes to the principle ofaffording opportunities for promotion and transfers to employees and believes that job opportunities should increase with length of service. The following factors shall be given equal weight when considering candidates: education, knowledge, skills, abilities, competencies, experience and seniority. All determinations by the University regarding candidates will be made fairly, reasonably without discrimination, and in good faith.

  • Retention Policy City shall retain ten percent (10%) of the amount due for Required Services detailed on each invoice (the “holdback amount”). Upon City review and determination of Project Completion, the holdback amount will be issued to Consultant.
