An employee may be transferred involuntarily in order to reduce experience imbalance and administratively by the Principal, the Executive Director of Elementary/Middle Schools or Executive Director of Secondary Schools or the Human Capital Officer to adjust curriculum and instructional deficiencies, or to improve school system operations.
