Notice of job openings shall be posted on the Human Resources electronic job board seven (7) days in advance of filling where possible. To be considered for such job opening, an employee must submit an online application. Internal applicants will be notified when the job has been filled. If the Employer is unable to place the selected employee in the vacant position immediately due to departmental or unit considerations, the position may be filled on a temporary basis and the employee will be notified in writing as to when they will be placed in the position. In any event, the selected employee will be placed in the position within ninety (90) days. During the one hundred twenty (120) day period following the effective date of transfer, employees may apply for an additional transfer with the approval of their supervisor.
