Janitor’s Closet. Telephone Room, and Electrical Room. ----------------------------------------------------- The janitor's closet shall be complete with painted walls, floor coverings and resilient base. The telephone and electrical rooms are unfinished and will include a telephone backboard and electrical distribution panelboards, respectively, for each full floor Tenant occupies (to the extent Tenant partially occupies a floor, only a portion of such distribution electrical panel board on such floor, based upon the proportionate amount of area on such floor occupied by Tenant, shall be available to Tenant).

Janitor’s Closet. Janitorial closets/rooms, as applicable, will be maintained in a clean, disinfected, and sanitized manner to include sinks, floors, and all fixtures and fittings. Cleaning materials must be properly maintained and stored. Buckets must be emptied daily.
Janitor’s Closet. Xxxxxxx's closet must be equipped with a Mop Receptor. Open adjustable shelving must be installed adjacent to the receptor. One section of wall will have a pegboard installed. Lessor to provide a variety box of pegboard hardware. This requirement applies regardless of whether the lessor provides janitorial services or not.

Janitor’s Closet. The janitor’s closet located within the Premises contains a water heater and related piping and equipment which serves other portions of the Building (collectively, “Common Water Heater”). Accordingly, the Common Water Heater shall be excluded from the Premises. Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises during Tenant’s normal business hours upon at least 24 hours’ prior verbal or written notice to Tenant (except in the event of an emergency) in order to access the Common Water Heater for maintenance, repairs and all other purposes as deemed reasonably necessary or desirable by Landlord, and Tenant shall have no access to or rights to use the Common Water Heater.
Janitor’s Closet. Janitor’s closets with a mop sink each are provided on each floor on levels 1 through 11.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.
