Job Classification Review and Compensation Adjustments. The City recognizes the need to periodically review job classifications for purposes of evaluating the applicability of specific job-related requirements and to evaluate associated salary ranges. To this end, the City and the APOA agree to meet and confer through the Labor-Management Committee to review the job classifications in the PD Unit and evaluate possible equity adjustments.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties.
