Jury Duty and Witness Leave. An employee who is selected for service as a juror or who is subpoenaed on behalf of the Employer as a witness to appear in court will be compensated for loss of pay from regularly scheduled hours at regular hourly rate, less the fee received for services as a juror or witness. However, should the employee present himself for selection as a juror, and not be selected, then the employee is required to return to the Employer's premises to complete the remaining normally scheduled work day.
