Common use of Jury Duty/Court Leave Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty/Court Leave. 14.8.1 Leave of absence without loss of pay shall be granted, other than an employee already on leave without pay, on sabbatical leave, or under suspension: 14.8.1.1 for jury duty or any summons related thereto; 14.8.1.2 to answer a subpoena or summons to attend as a witness in any proceeding authorized by law to compel the attendance of witnesses. 14.8.1.3 Any compensation received from Jury / Court Leave will be reimbursed to the School Division.
