Jury Duty/Court Leave. A. A member of the bargaining unit who is summoned for jury duty shall be paid the difference between his/her regular salary and the remuneration less parking and meals he/she receives for serving as a juror. B. The Board shall comply with applicable state law regarding leave for employees subpoenaed to appear as a witness in any court or administrative proceeding.
