Jury Duty or Court Witness. 14.01 The Company will pay an employee who is required for jury service or as a Witness subpoenaed by the courts, for each day of service, the difference between the regular day shift straight-time hourly rate for the number of hours the employee normally works and the payment received for Jury or Court Witness Service. The Employee will present proof of such service and the amount of pay received.
