JURY DUTY PAY. 01. Employees will be reimbursed for the difference between subpoenaed witness and jury duty pay and regular straight time pay for scheduled hours lost. Regular straight time pay means eight (8) hours at the regular straight time rate of the job at which the employee would have worked had he not been on jury duty.
