Kiosk. The Kiosk, if requested, will be open before and during interval for your event. This will be operated by the College, at no cost to the Hirer. Kiosk availability is subject to College approval and availability may change at short notice. The Kiosk does not sell alcohol, hot food or tea/coffee. All sales proceeds will belong to the College. The hirer is not permitted to provide/sell any food and/or drink to patrons from anywhere inside MPAC and/or external of MPAC. If the hirer decides to do so, an amount of $500 will be deducted from the bond.

The Licensee shall establish and operate the concession / storage kiosk for the purpose of dispensing food, nonalcoholic beverages, sundries, and such other items as may be authorized by the Licensing Officer under this Agreement, as well as storing personal items belonging to visitors to the Consulate. The kiosk is to be operated for the benefit of approximately 200-500 daily visitors to the Consulate. ii. The kiosk is located embedded in the visitor’s parking garage, close to the Service Controlled Access Center (SCAC) and to the Consular entry point and security check. iii. The Licensee will be provided with written guidance from the Licensing Officer specifying the nature of items that can be stored in the kiosk. This guidance is prepared in cooperation with the Regional Security Office and may be updated from time to time. The guidance is also shared with contract guards and other personnel who may be involved in the direction of Consulate visitors. iv. The Licensee enjoys an exclusive license to provide food and concession sales and storage services on the Consulate compound (except for vending machine services in the employee parking garage). Nonetheless, the Licensee should expect to experience competition from nearby vendors who also make such services available.
Kiosk. 14.1 The Contractor is permitted to operate the business of a kiosk at the Park provided that: a) The Contractor complies with any reasonable direction given by the Principal in relation to the operation of that business including, but not limited to, directions as to the location of the kiosk and accounting of revenue and expenditure; and b) The operation of the kiosk complements supports and promotes the operation of the Park.

NBO is and shall be the sole owner of the tradename "Neighborhood Box Office, Inc." and all other tradenames, trademarks and copyrights now used in or in the future used in connection with any Kiosk or the Network

KioskThe Contractor shall operate a kiosk at the swimming centre during opening hours. The kiosk must be registered as a Food Business with Council in accordance with the Food Act 2003 prior to commencement of operation. The Contractor is responsible for payment of the application fee for Food Business Registration. The kiosk shall be operated in a business-like manner and shall be well stocked at all times with a range of drinks, snack foods and ice-creams. No food or drink shall be supplied in glass containers. The kiosk shall be kept clean and tidy at all times and shall be operated in a hygienic manner. The kiosk and its operation shall be subject to inspections from Council’s Environmental Health Officer to ensure that a high standard of hygiene and correct food handling processes are maintained. All profits from the operation of the kiosk shall be retained by the Contractor.
