LANDFILL DISPOSAL COST. This component represents the percentage increase in landfill disposal costs for the Xxxxxxxx Landfill from the prior year. For example, the April 1, 2007, percentage rate increase at the Xxxxxxxx Landfill would be used for the January 1, 2008, COLA calculation. Contractor shall not agree to any increases in disposal costs at the Xxxxxxxx Landfill except as required under the current disposal agreement between Contractor and Xxxxxxxx Landfill, or any amendment thereto subsequently approved by the City. Landfill disposal costs, other than annual COLA adjustments under the disposal agreement between Contractor and the Xxxxxxxx Landfill, shall be subject to review and approval of the City Council as to their justification under the disposal agreement. B= FUEL COST This component represents the percentage change in the annual average of the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Producer Price Index (PPI)- Commodities, Series ID: wpu057303, Not Seasonally Adjusted, Group: Fuels and related products and power, Item #2 diesel fuel, Base Date: 8200. The adjustment will be based on the percentage change between the annual average of the indexIndex for the most recently completed fiscal year and the corresponding indexIndex published 12 months earlier. For example, the change for the 2008 rate year would be the percentage change in the annual average for the period July 1, 2006, to June 30, 2007, compared to the annual average for the period July 1, 2005, to June 30, 2006. C= INSURANCE COST This component respectsrepresents the actual percentage change for the cost of insurance for workers’ compensation, health, property, and casualty insurance over the prior year. The adjustment will be based on the percentage change between actual insurance expenses for the most recently completed fiscal year and the actual insurance expenses for the prior fiscal year as reflected in the Contractor’s financial statement. For example, the change for the 2008 rate year would be the percentage change in the actual insurance expense for the period July 1, 2006, to June 30, 2007, compared to the actual insurance expense for the period July 1, 2005, to June 30, 2006.   • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Waste Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of the Land, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.

  • Flammable Liquids Company will not keep or store flammable liquids within any covered and enclosed portion of the Premises or Common Use Areas in excess of Company’s working requirements. Any such liquids having a flash point of less than 110 degrees Fahrenheit will be kept and stored in safety containers of a type approved by Underwriters Laboratories.

  • Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.

  • Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.
