Late Proposal. Late proposals will not be considered. It is the Consultant’s responsibility to ensure that the proposal arrives on or before the specified time. The City will not be responsible for proposals not properly marked and delivered. Postmarks will not be accepted in lieu of actual receipt.
Late Proposal. Tenders must be received before 25th June 2023, 01:00 PM, Kabul time. Tenders received after the closing date will not be considered, unless in XXXX’x sole opinion there are exceptional circumstances which have caused the delay.
