Laundry Workers. (a) The employer may pay a gratuity to an employee who has qualified in terms of sub-clause (1) and who has had no less than 10 years’ current continuous service (as defined in Clause 4, sub-clause (5)(b).) Part time service is not to be converted to its whole time equivalent for the purpose of establishing eligibility.
