Common use of Lead Differential Clause in Contracts

Lead Differential. Should the School District elect to name a night or satellite location lead vehicle technician, such night or satellite location lead technician shall receive 34 cents per hour more than the rate applicable in Article 5, Section 1 for 2018-2019 and 35 cents per hour more for 2019-2020. Should the School District elect to name a day lead vehicle technician, such day lead vehicle technician shall receive 75 cents per hour more than the rate applicable in Article 5, Section 1 for 2018-2019 and 77 cents per hour more for 2019-2020.

Lead Differential. Should the School District elect to name a night or satellite location lead vehicle technician, such night or satellite location lead technician shall receive 34 $.40 cents per hour more than the rate applicable in Article 5, Section 1 for 20182024-2019 2025 and 35 $.41 cents per hour more for 20192025-20202026. Should the School District elect to name a day lead vehicle technician, such day lead vehicle technician shall receive 75 $.88 cents per hour more than the rate applicable in Article 5, Section 1 for 20182024-2019 2025 and 77 $.91 cents per hour more for 20192025-20202026.

Should the School District elect to name a day lead vehicle technician, such day lead vehicle technician shall receive 75 79 cents per hour more than the rate applicable in Article 5, Section 1 for 20182020-2019 2021 and 77 81 cents per hour more for 20192021-20202022.

Should the School District elect to name a day lead vehicle technician, such day lead vehicle technician shall receive 75 $.83 cents per hour more than the rate applicable in Article 5, Section 1 for 20182022-2019 2023 and 77 $.85 cents per hour more for 20192023-20202024.
