Employees are not eligible to receive both Lead Electrician Premium and Acting Assignment Pay. HEIGHT PREMIUM‌ 152. Any employee required to work from trusses, towers, swinging scaffolds, bos’n chairs, cranes and crane rigging (other than Class 9354), temporary staging or unguarded structures at a height of thirty (30) feet or more from the ground, water or supporting structure, shall receive $.75 per hour over the regular rate of pay for hours so worked. This premium pay shall also apply to employees working under piers and working out of boats or barges. ACTING ASSIGNMENT PAY‌ 153. Employees assigned by the Department Head or designee to perform a substantial portion of the duties an responsibilities of a higher classification shall receive compensation at a higher salary if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Night Shift Premium All hours worked by an employee between ten (10:00) p.m. and seven (7:00) a.m. shall be considered as shift work and paid for at the applicable straight time/overtime rate plus two ($2.00) dollars per hour shift premium for each full hour worked during this period. Night-shift premium shall not be added to the employee’s hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime pay.

  • Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows: 1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day. 2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week. 3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek. b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.

  • Isolation Allowance ‌ Employees in the following Communities shall receive an Isolation Allowance of $74.00 per month.   • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Shift Premium Full-Time and Part-Time Employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00)) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay A nurse shall be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the nurse’s regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in any one category listed below, including statutory overtime pay under 9.4.1 or premium pay under 9.4.2 through

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours. SECTION 2: Employees must work a minimum of 3 (three) hours in order for shift differential to apply.
