Common use of Leave Accrual Clause in Contracts

Leave Accrual. a) If, due to an industrial injury or illness, an employee is in a pay status (either City pay or WC pay) for the majority of the month, leave accruals (sick leave, vacation, and holidays) shall continue for the first six months of the disability.
