Leave Allowed Before the Due Date i Where an employee is allowed to take annual leave in advance of accruing it in any 12- month period, accrual of further annual leave shall not commence until after the expiration of the 12 months in relation to the leave that was taken before it accrued.
Leave Allowed Before the Due Date. (a) An Employer may pay annual leave to a Biomedical Engineer before the right thereto has accrued. Where such leave is taken a further period of annual leave shall not commence to accrue until after the date at which the leave taken would have accrued had it not been taken.

  • Retirement Age It is assumed that an employee terminates employment at the end of the school year in which the employee attains age 58 or at the end of the current year, if the individual is already 58 or older.

  • Leave Pay 1. All twelve month employees will be granted twelve sick leave days per year. All school year employees will be granted ten sick leave days per year. Employees will be given a written statement of accumulated sick leave days on October 1 of each year. Unused sick leave days will be accumulated on an unlimited basis. Sick leave is to be used when the employee is unable to work because of personal sickness, accident or disability.

  • Required Beginning Date The Participant’s entire interest will be distributed, or begin to be distributed, to the Participant no later than the Participant’s required beginning date.
