Leave Donation. 19.1 A. In the event an employee is forced, after exhausting all terminal leave, holidays and personal leave, to be placed on leave without pay status, due to illness or off-duty injury, another employee may donate leave time (Annual Leave, Compensatory Leave, Holiday, or Comp Special Leave) to the ill or injured employee provided said donor has at least eighty (80) hours of personal leave accrued.
