Leave for Union Functions. 7. 3, 1 Upon ten ( 10 ) days written notification to the Emplo yer, an employee elected or appointed to represent the Union at International, National and District conventions, Executive or Committee Meetings shall be granted leave of absence without pay but without loss of benefits.
