Leave for Union Functions. a) Upon written notice from the Union, the University grants leave without pay, to not more than one (1) Permanent full-time Employee for union service either as an employee, or in an elected position, within the Confederation des Syndicats Nationaux (CSN) or one of its affiliated bodies.
