Leave for Valid Personal Reasons the Employer shall discontinue its share of contributions for the aforesaid employee to the Benefits Plans listed below: The University of Toronto Pension Plan; University of Toronto Group Life and Survivor Income Plan; University of Toronto Long Term Disability Plan; University of Toronto Dental Care Plan; University of Toronto Extended Health Care Plan; University of Toronto Semi-Private Hospital Accommodation Plan; University of Toronto Vision Care Plan; and University of Toronto Joint Membership Plan. The Employer will notify the employee in writing whenever Employer contributions to such plans are discontinued.
