Leave of Absence Notification. Any Occasional Teacher becoming unavailable for assignment pursuant to 7.02 or 7.03 (above) shall inform the Human Resources Department, in writing, of the date of commencement of and return from the period of unavailability if known. Any change in the return from leave date shall also be confirmed, in writing, once known.
