SUB-CONTRACTING No performance of this Contract or any portion thereof may be subcontracted by the Contractor without the express written consent of the County. Any attempt by the Contractor to subcontract any performance of this Contract without the express written consent of the County shall be invalid and shall constitute a breach of this Contract. In the event that the Contractor is authorized by the County to subcontract, this Contract shall take precedence over the terms of the Contract between Contractor and subcontractor, and shall incorporate by reference the terms of this Contract. The County shall look to the Contractor for performance and indemnification and not deal directly with any subcontractor. All work performed by a subcontractor must meet the approval of the County of Orange.
SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT 4.1 The Contractor shall perform the Services set out [in Schedule 1] [below2] in accordance with the Contract.
Participating State Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating State. The following changes are modifying or supplementing the Master Agreement terms and conditions.
PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT II.1.1 The Contractor shall perform the Contract to the highest professional standards. The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for complying with any legal obligations incumbent on him, notably those resulting from employment, tax and social legislation.
LEAVE FOR PROVINCIAL CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS 1. The employer shall grant a leave of absence without pay to an employee designated by the BCTF for the purpose of preparing for, participating in or conducting negotiations as a member of the provincial bargaining team of the BCTF.
Annuity 24.1 If the policy schedule states that the insured amount is a surviving dependant's annuity within the meaning of Section 3.125(1)(b) of the Income Tax Act 2001, this article shall apply.
