Length of Agreement Term. The Term of this Agreement, including the start date and the expiration date, is as specified on your Welcome Letter or Electric Service Agreement (the “Term”). With the exception of a new meter installation or special meter reading date, you will buy your electric generation service for the service address set forth in your Welcome Letter or Electric Service Agreement from Nittany Energy on the next regularly scheduled meter reading date available and will continue to do so for the entire Term. We are not responsible for EDC delays in processing your enrollment. As noted in the section entitled “Right of Rescission” above, you may rescind this Agreement at any time before midnight of the third business day after receiving this Disclosure Statement and Terms of Service. Nittany Energy may cancel this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the sections entitled “Termination Provisions” and “Agreement Expiration/Change in Terms.” Nittany Energy may reformulate this Agreement in accordance with the notice provisions of the section entitled “Agreement Expiration/Change in Terms” by proposing new contract terms to you in the event any regional transmission organization or similar entity, any government entity or agency, court of law, or industry reliability organization requires a change to the terms of this Agreement, or imposes upon Nittany Energy new or additional charges or requirements relating to your electric supply under this Agreement which are otherwise not reimbursed to Nittany Energy.
Length of Agreement Term. This Agreement shall become effective as of the enrollment date and shall commence on the first utility transfer date (“Effective Date”) of the service address(s) as specified at the time of enrollment, and continue for the duration of the specified term herein, unless terminated pursuant to the attached Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in effect until the latest date of the final meter read (“Termination Date”) of said service address(s) specified herein unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing.
Length of Agreement Term. A. Initial Term – UNIVERSITY and COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION have reached this initial Agreement for a two year period beginning with the date of execution of the Agreement by the UNIVERSITY.
1. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution and may be terminated, with or without cause, by either party after giving the other party thirty (30) days advance written notice of the intention to terminate.
2. Either party may immediately terminate this Agreement upon material breach of the Agreement by the other party.
B. The attached General Provisions is incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement. This document reflects the understanding of the relationships.
Length of Agreement Term. This agreement shall become effective upon execution and shall continue until terminated by either party after giving the other party 30 days advance written notice of the intention to so terminate; provided further, however, that any such termination by Learning Activity Site shall not be effective against any student(s) who at the date of mailing of said notice by Learning Activity Site was participating in said program until such student(s) has completed the program as mutually agreed upon provided such student(s) is performing satisfactorily. If either party wishes to terminate due to non-performance or failure to meet expectations, the party requesting termination shall consult with the other party to seek resolution prior to termination. It is the responsibility of all parties to review the agreement annually to ensure that the agreement terms are current. Any changes to this agreement must be in writing via amendment and executed by all parties.
Length of Agreement Term. A. Initial Term: SJSU and the Learning Site have reached this agreement for a five (5) year period beginning with the date of execution of this agreement. This agreement shall become effective upon execution. Either party may terminate this agreement after giving the other party 30 days advance written notice of the intention to terminate. In the case of early termination, a student may be allowed to complete their assignments as indicated in their Learning Plan & Participation Guidelines.
B. Renewal Process – This agreement may be renewed every five years upon written mutual agreement, and is based on STUDENT feedback, the Learning Site evaluations and SJSU faculty desire to continue this relationship under the conditions that:
1. SJSU and the Learning Site continue to be committed to actively supporting the goals of the other.
2. The STUDENT work is meaningful and of benefit to the Learning Site.
3. The relationship is consistent with the goals of the Learning Site, SJSU, STUDENT and FACULTY.
Length of Agreement Term. The Term of this Agreement is 3 Months months. You will buy your electricity generation supply service for the service address or addresses set forth in your Welcome Letter or Enrollment Form from National Gas & Electric on the next regularly scheduled meter reading date available and will continue to do so for the entire Term, with the exception of a new meter installation or special meter reading date. You have three (3) business days after receipt of this Agreement and Disclosure Statement to accept or decline this Agreement.
Length of Agreement Term. A. This agreement shall become effective upon execution and shall continue until terminated by either party after giving the other party 30 days advance written notice of the intention to terminate
B. Renewal Process – This agreement may be renewed every three years and is based on STUDENT feedback, AGENCY/ORGANIZATION evaluations and FACULTY desire to continue this relationship for the purpose of community-based learning under the conditions that:
1. The CSUMB and AGENCY/ORGANIZATION continue to be committed to actively supporting the goals of the other.
2. The STUDENT work is meaningful and helps to provide essential support to the AGENCY/ORGANIZATION.
3. The relationship is consistent with the goals of the AGENCY/ORGANIZATION, CSUMB, STUDENT and FACULTY.

Length of Agreement Term. 1. Initial Term - This agreement between the University and Business/Agency will become effective as of the date indicated on page one of the agreement for a period of three calendar years. This agreement shall become effective upon execution and shall continue until terminated by either party after giving the other party 30 days advance written notice of the intention to so terminate; provided further, however, that any such termination by business/organization shall not be effective against any student who at the date of mailing of said notice by business/organization was participating in said program until such student has completed the program as mutually agreed upon.
Length of Agreement Term. The Term of this Agreement is as specified on your Welcome Letter or Electric Service Agreement. With the exception of a new meter installation or special meter reading date, you will buy your electric generation service for the service addresses set forth in your Welcome Letter or Electric Service Agreement from Spark Energy on the next regularly scheduled meter reading date available and will continue to do so for the entire Term. This Agreement shall remain in effect until you notify Spark Energy in writing or by phone of your intent to cancel at least 30 days prior to your requested end date and until such time as the EDC completes the termination in accordance with its rules.
