LENGTH OF LICENCE. This Licence shall start on the ticking of the acceptance box by the Licensee and shall continue for a period of five years unless earlier terminated. The Licensee may terminate this Licence by giving to CADS 90 days’ written notice on its ceasing to use the Software for the purposes of their business.

LENGTH OF LICENCE. This Licence starts on the Commencing Date and ends on the Terminating Date.
LENGTH OF LICENCE. This Licence gives you permission to live in the Property for a maximum initial period of THREE months from Date until Date. This is terminable by either party under the provisions set out below. After this time you will be entitled to continue to live in the Property, provided that you do not breach the terms of this Licence and subject to our right to terminate it. If you intend to leave the Property you must inform us IN WRITING AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS BEFORE YOU WANT TO END THIS LICENCE AND MOVE OUT. We reserve the right to terminate this Licence by one week's written notice or to re-locate you to another room or to one of the Charity's other properties. THE CHARITY References to the Charity means Action Foundation (Registered Charity Number 1132051 and Registered Company Number 6946097). The use of 'the Charity' and 'We' throughout this Licence are interchangeable. Our stated purpose is to "support asylum seekers, refugees, other migrants and older people in the North East of England. This is done through the provision of supported accommodation to prevent homelessness, English language classes and a befriending service and regular gatherings for socially isolated older people. We have among our objectives the provision of short stay supported accommodation for refused asylum seekers, designed to enable residents to grow from dependence to independence and advice relating to move-on and permanent housing opportunities. When in our reasonable opinion you no longer require the accommodation and support, or the accommodation and support is no longer appropriate due to your immigration status, we will expect you to co-operate in moving to alternative accommodation. We cannot allow full time students to live in our accommodation. EMERGENCIES If you need emergency assistance relating to yourself or the property please use the Emergency Contacts board information. Locking yourself out of your room is NOT an emergency and we will therefore not deal with such situations on an emergency basis. REPAIRS You must contact us as soon as possible during office hours on 0191 231 3113 or 0744 407 9678 if there are any damage or repair issues relating to the property. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to the property or our furniture, fixtures or fittings which is caused by you or your visitors to the property. The use of such license by the Notes Collateral Agent may be exercised, at the option of the Notes Collateral Agent, during the continuation of an Event of Default; provided that any license, sublicense or other transaction entered into by the Notes Collateral Agent in accordance herewith shall be binding upon the Grantors notwithstanding any subsequent cure of an Event of Default.

  • Transfer of Licenses Lessee shall use reasonable efforts (i) to transfer to Lessor or Lessor’s nominee all licenses, operating permits and other governmental authorizations and all contracts, including contracts with governmental or quasi-governmental entities, that may be necessary for the operation of the Hotel (collectively, “Licenses”), or (ii) if such transfer is prohibited by law or Lessor otherwise elects, to cooperate with Lessor or Lessor’s nominee in connection with the processing by Lessor or Lessor’s nominee of any applications for, all Licenses; provided, in either case, that the costs and expenses of any such transfer or the processing of any such application shall be paid by Lessor or Lessor’s nominee.
