Length of School Year. 22.01 The length of the school year shall be defined in accordance with the Ontario Education Act and regulations. 22.02 Where the Board extends the Teacher’s work year beyond 194 workdays, Teachers shall be paid the daily rate for those days in accordance with the collective agreement.
