LESSOR ACCESS. 10.1 Lessor, its agents and employees shall have the right to enter the leased premises upon reasonable advance notice for the purpose of inspection, cleaning, repairing, altering or improving the premises, or to exhibit the premises to prospective tenants. Xxxxxx's reserved rights hereunder shall include, without limitation, free, unhampered and unobstructed access to the airways, equipment ducts, stairways, access panels and all utilities and services to the Central School. There shall be no diminution or rent and no liability on the part of Lessor by reason of any inconvenience, annoyance or injury to business caused by Lessor's reasonable exercise of rights reserved by Lessor in this Article.
LESSOR ACCESS. Permit the Lessor, by the Lessor's representatives and agents, to enter any premises where all or any part of the Collateral, or the books and records relating thereto, or both, are located, to take possession of all or any part of the Collateral and to remove all or any part of the Collateral.
LESSOR ACCESS. The Equipment shall at all times be kept and maintained only at the address for the Lessee listed in the first paragraph of this Agreement. The Lessor shall be entitled to access the premises where the Equipment is located during normal business hours and upon reasonable prior notice for inspection of same, and/or at any time for removal of same pursuant and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
LESSOR ACCESS. Lessor, and its authorized agents and representatives, shall be entitled to enter the Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of serving, posting or keeping posted thereon notices provided for hereunder, or by the laws of the State of Minnesota or by any similar law, rule or regulation now or hereafter in effect, and such other notices as Lessor may deem necessary or appropriate for protection of Lessor, its interests or the Premises, for the purpose of inspecting the Premises or any portion thereof, and for the purpose of making necessary repairs to the Premises and performing any work therein or thereon which Lessor may elect, or be required, to make hereunder, or which may be necessary to comply with any laws, ordinances, rules, regulations or requirements of any public authority or any applicable standards that may from time to time be established by the National Board of Fire Underwriters, the National Fire Protective Association, or any similar body, or which Lessor may deem necessary or appropriate to prevent waste, loss, damage of or deterioration to or in connection with the Premises. Nothing contained herein shall impose or be deemed to impose any duty on the part of Lessor to do any work of repair, maintenance, reconstruction or restoration, which under any provision of this Lease is required to be done by Tenant, and the performance thereof by Lessor shall not constitute a waiver of Tenant's default in failing to do the same. Lessor may, during the progress of any work on the Premises, keep and store upon the Premises all necessary materials, tools, and equipment. Lessor shall not in any event be liable for inconvenience, annoyance, disturbance, loss of business or quiet enjoyment, or other damage or loss to Tenant by reason of making any such repairs or performing any such work upon the Premises, or on account of bringing materials, supplies and equipment into, upon or through the Premises during the course thereof, and the obligations of Tenant under this Lease shall not thereby be affected in any manner whatsoever. Lessor shall, however, in connection with the performance of any such work, cause as little inconvenience, disturbance or other damage or loss to Tenant as may be reasonably possible under the circumstances.
LESSOR ACCESS. Lessor shall have the right to enter upon and inspect the Leased Premises following reasonable notice to Lessee in accordance with paragraph 21(b).
LESSOR ACCESS. Lessor and its officers, directors, agents, employees and contractors shall have the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at any time upon reasonable notice for the purpose of inspecting the same, provided that such access shall not materially and unreasonably interfere with Lessee’s use of the Leased Premises.
LESSOR ACCESS. The Lessee(s) agree to permit the Lessor access to the rental unit for repairs, routine maintenance, inspections, prospective tenants etc. The Lessor agrees to notify Lessee(s) at least 24 hours prior unless the repairs are considered an emergency.
LESSOR ACCESS. The Lessor or agents of the Lessor may, at reasonable times, enter to view the Premises. No visit of the Lessor or its agents shall take place at times other than normal business hours of the Lessee.
LESSOR ACCESS. Lessor hereby retains for itself and its Affiliates, agents, employees and contractors (collectively, “Lessor’s Parties”), the right of access to the Premises, the RDU Assets and any Additional Improvements to determine whether the conditions and covenants contained in this Asset Lease are being kept and performed, all so long as such access by Lessor’s Parties does not unreasonably interfere in any material respect with Lessee’s operations of the RDU Assets and complies with Lessee’s rules, norms and procedures governing safety and security at the Premises and the RDU Assets.
LESSOR ACCESS. For a period commencing ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Lease Term, Lessor may have reasonable access to the Premises for the purpose of exhibiting the same to prospective lessees and to post any usual "For Lease" signs upon the Premises.
