Level 3 Board of Trustees. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Xxxxx 0, or if no written decision has been rendered on or before the Level 2 decision deadline, within ten (10) days following such deadline the Association shall notify the Superintendent of its intent to submit the grievance on the appropriate form to the Board of Trustees. This statement shall include a copy of the original grievance(s), the decision(s) rendered and a clear concise statement of the reason(s) for the appeal. The Board of Trustees shall communicate its decision within fifteen (15) days after the Superintendent receives the formal statement of appeal. If the Board of Trustees does not respond within the fifteen (15) day time limit, the grievant may request, on the appropriate form to the Superintendent, binding arbitration of the dispute.
