Employment Information A written form will be used to specify initial conditions of hiring (including number of hours to be worked, rate of pay, unit and shift). Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees will be given written confirmation of a change in status or separation in accordance with University of Washington policy. Upon request to their immediate supervisor, records shall be readily available for employees to determine their number of hours worked, rate of pay, sick leave accrued and vacation accrued.

Terms of Employment This Section 2 sets forth the terms and conditions on which the Company agrees to employ Executive during the period (the “Protected Period”) beginning on the first day during the Term of this Agreement on which a Change of Control occurs and ending on the second anniversary of that date, or such earlier date as Executive’s employment terminates as contemplated by Section 3.
EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE I understand that the College has not made and will not make any guarantees of employment or salary upon my graduation. The College will provide me with placement assistance, which will consist of identifying employment opportunities and advising me on appropriate means of attempting to realize these opportunities. I authorize HCI College’s representatives to contact potential employers for the purpose of advocating on my behalf and release my name and job application materials, including, but not limited to, my cover letter, resume, and transcript to prospective employers. Student Employment (a) Students who are employed to backfill in a bargaining unit position shall be paid the bargaining unit rate and if so employed for more than ten (10) weeks will be a member of the bargaining unit.
