Common use of Lieu Day Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Lieu Day Scheduling. ‌ An employee entitled to a lieu day under Article 14.04 shall take it at a time mutually agreed between the employee and the employee’s immediate supervisor within one (1) month of the holiday. Failing mutual agreement on the scheduling of a lieu day the lieu day shall be added to the employee’s next block of scheduled vacation.
