Swim Lessons. One hundred and twenty five dollars ($125.00) for 8 private lessons for each member of the public who registers for swim lessons, as further described in Exhibit A.

Swim Lessons a. Contractor shall have the right and first option of teaching swimming lessons at any Location. Such swimming lessons will be given at a time that will not interfere with Operating Hours. Contractor may publicly advertise and promote such swimming lessons including, but not limited to, in community publications, websites, and at the Locations. b. In the event a third party (that is not otherwise a subcontractor of Contractor) conducts swimming lessons at any Location, Client shall provide to Contractor a copy of an insurance certificate and agreements between Client and such third party. c. Client acknowledges that all proceeds that Contractor generates from teaching swimming lessons at any Location under this Section 9 shall be property of the Contractor.
Swim Lessons. The YMCA of Greater Cleveland offers a wide range of swimming options. Structured classes are available for all ages and skill levels. YMCA lessons feature small instructor-to-student ratios. Swim lesson flyers detailing classes, descriptions and times will be distributed by the YMCA and the City beginning in April, 2015. The goal of these lessons will be to enable students to improve swimming skills, build confidence in the water and learn personal safety. Registration will be at the Avon YMCA or online through Daxko (YMCA software) for the first swim lesson session. YMCA indoor classes will be distinguished from the Avon outdoor program with easy access for customers. The YMCA will restrict registrations for the Avon Aquatic Center to eligible patrons. Parameters will be established by the City. Refer to applicable Avon Codified Ordinances. Registration for open slots will be available at the outdoor pool once it opens. The scheduling of lessons will be as follows: a. Group Lessons are 30-40 minutes in length and will be conducted in accordance with the schedule set by the YMCA. b. Sessions will be offered in the weeks of July 20, 27 and August 3, 2015. c. The program will follow the YMCA swim lesson structure of classes d. The approved class fee is: $60 ($58 for Y members) for eight (8) thirty

Swim Lessons. MASS REGISTRATION: Mass Registration on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 is “ONLINE ONLY” & starts at 10:00AM (a Credit Card (VISA/Master Card) must be used for payment). All Aquatic Center activities can be registered for at mass registration. Aquatic Center Punch Cards/Memberships will also be available for purchase. After mass registration on Saturday, April 8th, you may register at City Hall or online until the Aquatic Center opens, at which time you will be required to register at the Aquatic Center. Water adjustment, blowing bubbles, getting face wet, kicking with flotation devices as well as independently, prone glide (superman), back float, and introduction of front crawl stroke are all introduced. o Minimum / Maximum Participants: 0/0 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Annual Operations Plan 2019 Operating Season □ Novice (Ages 5 - 12years) o Participants are led through various class exercises which focus on holding their breath underwater, prone glide (superman), back float, front crawl stroke, elementary backstroke, and deep-water introduction. o Minimum / Maximum Participants: 3/6 □ Advanced Novice (Skill based program, not age specific. Typically ages 6-12 years) o This program is designed for participants who know the basics of swimming but would like to learn more advanced swimming skills. Skills refined during this program include front crawl stroke with rhythmic breathing, elementary backstroke, backstroke, introduction of breaststroke, treading water and endurance. o Minimum / Maximum Participants: 3/7 □ Intermediate (Skill based program, not age specific. Typically ages 6-12 years) o This program is designed for participants who have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of swimming and want to increase their swim stroke refinement and obtain endurance training. Skills refined during this program include freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, introduction to flip turns and endurance training. o Minimum/Maximum Participants: 3/8 Fees: □ City Residents: $60.00/session □ Non-Residents: $66.00/session Schedule & Levels Offered: Weekday Morning Lessons: □ Session includes eight 30-minute lessons □ Each session is Monday – Thursday for two weeks.
