Limitation Clause. No employee or retiree shall have any rights provided by section 8.8 (Retirees or Survivor Dependents) after September 22,2023.

This limitation does not apply to any part-time overload, or summer school assignments, which are unlimited and covered in Paragraph 2 above.
Limitation Clause. The Insurer’s liability shall be limited to the amount of loss or damage in excess of the amount payable therefore under the Automobile Accident Insurance Act (Saskatchewan) had this policy not been issued. The Insurer shall not be liable, in any event, for any amount in excess of the Limit of Liability stated on the Policy Cover Page.

To the extent it is not stipulated otherwise in the Agreement, the claiming rights and other authorisations of Client on whatever account towards us lapse in any case upon expiry of one year following the moment a fact occurs allowing Client to exercise these rights and/or authorisations towards us.
