Line of Business Software. Line of Business Software is defined as the specific applications that you use in the normal operation of your business that are installed or active on your Server or WorkSpace solutions and are in addition to the applications we provide. Common examples of this include software for accounting, inventory management, point of sale, practice management, customer relationship management, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, electronic medical records, etc. To the extent that you desire to use your Line of Business software in conjunction with your EpiOn Cloud service, you agree to provide EpiOn with proof of ownership for valid licenses and copies of license keys and codes, inclusive of the expiration dates for any subscription services. EpiOn will confirm the compatibility of your applications with the EpiOn Cloud platform and notify you of any potential issues. To be eligible for Line of Business Software support under Total Care, you must maintain an ongoing support and maintenance agreement with the software vendor that would allow EpiOn to open support tickets with the software vendor on your behalf. Ultimate responsibility for the application’s compatibility with EpiOn Cloud and compliance with the licensing requirements of your Line of Business Software rests solely with you and you agree to indemnify EpiOn from any potential licensing infringements created by your hosting of the application in our system.
