Linkage. 2.1 The graphic or other visual cue depicted on the attached Exhibit A, which may include names, trademarks, servicemarks, designmarks, symbols and/or other indicia of origin (the "FUSA Icon") shall be included among the GeoCities Basic Commerce Platform hyperlink icons during the term. When clicked upon by a Viewer, the FUSA Icon will link the Viewer with the FUSA Site. GeoCities shall create the link between the FUSA Icon and the FUSA Site. FCCSU-LLC shall furnish GeoCities with full color representations of the FUSA Icon at least ten (10) business days prior to the date of intended use. GeoCities agrees that it will display the FUSA Icon in a manner commensurate with its display of other vendor hyperlink icons within the GeoCities Basic Commerce Platform. If FCCSU- LLC subsequently modifies the FUSA Icon, it shall furnish a representation of same to GeoCities which GeoCities shall substitute for the prior version within twenty (20) business days after receipt.
2.2 The graphic or other visual cue depicted on the attached Exhibit A, which may include names, trademarks, servicemarks, designmarks, symbols and/or other indicia of origin (the "Return Icon") shall be displayed by FCCSU-LLC on each page of the FUSA Site viewed by a Viewer during the term in the position within the page layout as shown on Exhibit A. When clicked upon by a Viewer, the Return Icon will link the Viewer with the GeoCities Basic Commerce Platform which was the point of departure prior to linkage with the FUSA Site. FCCSU-LLC shall create the link between the Return Icon and the GeoCities Basic Commerce Platform. GeoCities shall furnish FCCSU-LLC with full color representations of the Return Icon at least ten (10) business days prior to the date of intended use. If GeoCities subsequently modifies the Return Icon, it shall furnish a representation of same to FCCSU-LLC which FCCSU-LLC shall substitute for the prior version within twenty (20) business days after receipt. The Return Icon shall be visible at the FUSA Site only to Viewers who link to the FUSA Site via the GeoCities Basic Commerce Platform and to no other visitors at the FUSA Site.
2.3 FCCSU-LLC shall ensure that the version of the FUSA Site viewed by Viewers who link to the FUSA Site through the GeoCities Basic Commerce Platform shall be substantially similar to the FUSA Site viewed by non-Viewers except for FCCSU- LLC co-branded sites with other companies, the Return Icon and as elsewhere provided for in this Agreement.
Linkage. The Credit principal amounts, the Amount in Arrears (as defined in Section 10 below) and all Interest types may be fully: non-linked or index-linked, all as authorized by the Lenders through the Facility Agent, and as set forth in the Credit Requests. Whenever amounts payable to the Lenders on account of the Credit Amounts are Index-linked (hereinafter, the "Index-Linked Amounts"), the following linkage terms shall apply thereto: If it becomes evident that the New Index rose in comparison with the Base Index, the Company shall pay the Lenders the Index-Linked Amounts multiplied by the New Index and divided by the Base Index. If it becomes evident that the New Index did not rise or has fallen in comparison with the Base Index, the Company shall pay the Index-Linked Amounts without any linkage. If prior to a relevant repayment date a New Index which was to have been published prior to such date is not published, then, for the purpose of calculating linkage differentials, as set forth above, the "New Index" shall be the last Index published prior to the aforementioned repayment date (hereinafter, the "Temporary Index"). The Temporary Index shall be used for the purpose of calculating the aforementioned linkage differentials until the New Index is published (hereinafter, the "Index Published in Delay"). If it becomes evident that the Index Published in Delay has risen or fallen in comparison with the Temporary Index, the Company shall be charged or credited by the Lenders for the consequential difference, as applicable. If it becomes evident that the Index Published in Delay has not fallen or has risen in comparison with the Base Index, the Company shall pay the Index-Linked Amounts without any linkage. The Company undertakes to pay the Lenders the aforementioned linkage differentials.
Linkage. The process of connecting the teacher(s) of record [based upon above definition] to a student’s and/or intervention for a student or defined group of students on a specific subject and/or grade level.
Linkage. Upon the date in which the conditions for transfer of payment to the Management Venture are fulfilled, as set forth in Appendix C (The Consideration) of the Agreement, the Company will pay to the Management Venture on account of the Consideration for the execution, such payment after adjustment to changes that occurred during the period that passed from the filing date of the proposals in the tender and until such payment date. The linkage will be pursuant to the proposal of the Management Venture in the table included in Form “13” (price proposal) of the Invitation to Bid and pursuant to the provisions set forth in Appendix C (The Consideration) to this Agreement.
Linkage. 11.1 For the purpose of this Lease Agreement:
Linkage. Unless otherwise specified, all of the sums stated in NIS in the Contract Documents shall be linked to the CPI as of Bid Submission Date, as published by NI prior to the Bid Submission Date.
Linkage. All payments to be effected in accordance with the terms of this Agreement shall be linked to the Israeli Consumer Price Index, and the month of the signing of this Agreement shall serve as the base for all calculations.
Linkage. Have tools available that support testers’ links to counseling, treatment, and/or prevention after a self- test. Tools should allow the tester to opt- in, use the highest level of technology available to the target population (e.g., phone, Internet, smartphone), offer the option of speaking to a human and direct community follow-up, and protect the privacy and confidentiality of the self-testing experience. Tools should not pressure self-testing clients to disclose their test results nor compromise the privacy of the testing experience. People who use a self-test kit at a facility or community event should be offered confirmatory testing and linkage services on site. Linking self-testers who test off site is more challenging, so innovative follow-up approaches, such as calls, SMS, WhatsApp contact, or community outreach, might be required. Linkage. (a) The lease fees and any other amounts which the lessee shall be required to pay to the lessor shall be paid at their due time. Notwithstanding that stated above, delay in any payments which shall not exceed 72 hours shall not be considered a breach of this clause on the part of the lessee.
(b) The lease fees, the parking fees and the management fees and any other amounts which the lessee shall be required to pay to the lessor shall be linked to the consumer price index or any other formal index which shall come in its stead. The amounts which are linked to the index shall be linked to a basic index and shall bear linkage differences at the rate of the increase of the index, between the basic index and the last published index at the time which was determined for payment.
(c) In addition to that stated in section 9(b) above, the lease fees, the parking fees and the management fees shall be increased at a rate of 5% commencing from the start of the option period, meaning as of January 20th, 2014 and shall increase an additional 5% over the preceding year in the 9th year of lease, starting on January 20th, 2017.
Linkage. 1.1 Provided that Reseller complies with all terms of this Agreement and that Reseller is otherwise an authorized stocking distributor of Lutron, Lutron shall provide a link to Reseller's Internet site at (the "Linked Site") from the “Where to Buy” location within the Lutron website (the “Lutron Site”).
1.2 Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, Reseller shall furnish Lutron with a full color representation of Reseller’s graphic, text or other image which is to be associated with the Linked Site and which may include Reseller's trademarks or other indicia of origin (the "Reseller Icon") for Lutron to use as a hyperlink to the Linked Site. If Xxxxxxxx subsequently modifies the Reseller Icon, it shall furnish a representation of same to Lutron which Lutron shall substitute for the prior version. When clicked upon by a viewer, the Reseller Icon will directly link the viewer with the Linked Site. Lutron shall implement the link between the Reseller Icon and the Linked Site.
1.3 Reseller understands that all Reseller Icons will be displayed in alphabetical order on a single page on the Lutron Site. The Reseller Icon may not exceed 195x55 pixels.
1.4 Reseller hereby grants Lutron a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and display the Reseller Icon, during the term of this Agreement, for the purpose of providing a hyperlink to the Linked Site.
